Sky Education Group is looking for an enthusiastic MBA/PGDM student specializing in Human Resources for a 2–3 month paid internship in HR & Talent Acquisition.
This internship is ideal for students looking for practical exposure in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
What You Will Learn & Work On
- Candidate sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
- Resume screening and shortlisting
- Initial candidate communication and HR screening
- Interview scheduling and coordination
- Walk-in interview management
- Candidate follow-up and joining coordination
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports
- Supporting hiring for Sales and Academic Counselling positions
- Understanding the complete Talent Acquisition process
Who Can Apply?
- MBA/PGDM student with HR specialization
- Students looking for a mandatory/academic internship are encouraged to apply
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and professional communication
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Internship Details
Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
Duration: 2–3 Months
Location: Sector 63, Noida
Work From Office
