About the Role
We're looking for a creative, hands-on Video Editor & Graphic Designer who lives and breathes content. You'll own the full creative pipeline for our advertising — from editing raw footage and producing scroll-stopping video ads, to generating cutting-edge AI video ads and managing UGC (user-generated content) from outreach to final cut.
This is a hybrid creative role: half editor, half designer, and fully obsessed with making content that performs. This is a fully remote position — work from anywhere in India. What You'll Do
- Ad Creation: Edit, design, and produce high-performing video and image ads for paid social (Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube).
- AI Video Ad Production: Create AI-generated UGC-style and animated video ads using modern AI tools.
- UGC Outreach & Oversight: Source UGC creators, coordinate briefs, manage deliverables, and oversee the quality of incoming UGC content.
- UGC Creation: Produce in-house UGC-style content when needed.
- Video Editing & Drafts: Edit video content end-to-end, build first drafts quickly, and iterate based on feedback.
- Graphic Design: Design ad creatives, thumbnails, banners, and brand visuals with strong image-editing skills.
- Creative Iteration: Test multiple variations of ads and refine based on performance.
What We're Looking For
- Solid understanding of AI tools that generate UGC-style or animated video content.
- Proven ability to create different types of ad videos — you know what makes a video ad convert.
- Strong image editing & graphic design skills.
- Proficiency in video editing software.
- A portfolio / showreel demonstrating ad work, edited videos, and design samples.
- Self-driven, fast at producing drafts, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
Nice to Have
- Experience running or supporting paid ad campaigns.
- Motion graphics / animation skills.
- Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Familiarity with managing freelance UGC creators.
