We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company databases and records. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, proficiency in MS Excel, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update data accurately into company databases and systems.
- Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical records.
- Prepare and update reports using MS Excel.
- Perform data cleaning and correct errors when identified.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of company information.
- Coordinate with different departments to collect and update required data.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data entry reports.
- Perform other administrative and office-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, filters, sorting, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred).
- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and computer applications.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and time management skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Preferred Skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of MIS reporting is an added advantage.
