CASTING & CREATIVE
Casting Director
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead casting for web series, films, and original OTT content
- Identify, audition, and shortlist actors for various roles
- Collaborate closely with directors, producers, and writers
- Maintain a strong network of actors, agents, and casting platforms
- Organize and manage auditions (online & offline)
- Negotiate talent availability, contracts, and coordination
- Ensure casting aligns with creative vision and production timelines
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Casting Director / Casting Associate (2–6 years preferred)
- Strong network within film, TV, or OTT industry
- Excellent eye for talent and understanding of character requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- मुंबई-based candidates preferred
