We are looking for a Client Relationship Management Analyst with experience in Commercial Banking and Trade Finance Operations. The role involves managing client mandates, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and delivering exceptional client service while maintaining operational excellence.

Act as primary contact for mandate-related client queries and escalations.

Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.

Provide timely updates to stakeholders on mandate processing status.

Manage aging cases and ensure prompt resolution of escalations.

Process new mandates, amendments, renewals, and removals within defined SLAs.

Ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.

Monitor operational KPIs and service metrics.

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal policy requirements.

Support audit reviews and compliance assessments.

Maintain risk registers and track remediation actions.

Participate in RCSA and control review activities.

Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimization.

Drive process efficiency initiatives to improve turnaround times.

Support system enhancements, migrations, and transformation projects.

Prepare business impact assessments and post-implementation reviews.

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.

2–4 years of experience in Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Banking Operations, or Client Servicing.

Strong understanding of banking documentation and mandate governance.

Experience managing operational risk and compliance requirements.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
