Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Weigh, measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes.
- Cooking: Utilize various cooking methods (grilling, baking, frying, boiling, sautéing) to produce menu items.
- Plating & Presentation: Assemble dishes and add garnishes for an appealing presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food stock, ensure proper rotation, and store ingredients at the correct temperatures to prevent spoilage.
- Sanitation & Safety: Ensure Clean and sterilize workstations, cooking equipment, and utensils. Adhere to all health code regulations.
- Collaboration: Communicate with Head , other cooks, and waitstaff to ensure orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
