An ice cream shop outlet manager oversees daily store operations, staff management, inventory control, and customer service. They ensure product quality, enforce strict health and safety standards, manage scheduling, and drive sales to meet profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
· Store Operations: Open and close the outlet, manage the cash register, and handle daily billing and reporting.
· Staff Leadership: Hire, train, schedule, and mentor a team of ice cream scoopers and shift supervisors.
· Inventory & Quality Control: Monitor stock levels (ice cream, cones, and toppings), order supplies, and ensure freezers and equipment are working properly.
· Customer Service: Address complaints, ensure a welcoming environment, and maximize customer satisfaction.
· Compliance: Enforce food hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations.
· Sales & Marketing: Implement upselling strategies, track sales metrics, and coordinate local promotions.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience: Usually requires 1-3 years of retail or F&B (Food & Beverage) management experience.
· Education: A high school diploma is standard; a bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality is often preferred.
· Skills: Excellent communication, strong leadership, cash handling, and proficiency in basic accounting and inventory software
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
