About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and student-focused Student Relationship Manager (SRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing academic support, managing student relationships, addressing queries, and ensuring a seamless learning experience throughout the student lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel and guide students regarding academic processes and university services.
- Handle student queries through phone calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure student engagement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of student concerns.
- Maintain accurate student records and update CRM regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students to enhance their overall experience.
- Ensure timely communication regarding assignments, examinations, orientation sessions, and other academic activities.
- Assist students in resolving issues related to LMS, ERP, assessments, and examinations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Candidates based in Jaipur will be preferred.

Pay: ₹22,239.20 - ₹28,431.97 per month
