Job Summary
The Commis II supports cooking operations, handles assigned tasks independently, and ensures food quality and hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in cooking and preparation of dishes
- Handle a section or tasks under guidance
- Ensure mise-en-place is ready before service
- Follow standard recipes and portion control
- Train and guide Commis III staff
- Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Qualifications
- Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant experience
- 1–2 years of kitchen experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
