Telecalling Executive (Pre-Sales) – Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Handle customer inquiries and provide project information
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Schedule site visits with the sales team
- Explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and offers
- Maintain CRM records and daily call reports
- Support sales activities and achieve monthly targets
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication in Tamil & English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
- Real estate telecalling experience is an added advantage

- Any Graduate / Diploma
- Freshers can apply
- Telecalling / Telesales experience preferred
