Job Summary
The Housekeeping Guest Service Associate (GSA) is responsible for maintaining guest rooms and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation while ensuring an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Change bed linen, towels, and replenish room amenities.
- Ensure rooms are cleaned and ready before guest check-in.
- Report maintenance issues and lost & found items promptly.
- Follow housekeeping SOPs and hotel cleanliness standards.
- Handle guest requests courteously and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and pantry areas.
- Follow hotel safety, hygiene, and grooming standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Housekeeping is mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning equipment.
- Good communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
