Role Overview
Kevasiya is looking for a Store Manager to oversee daily store operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sales, and team management skills, with experience in luxury or premium retail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations.
- Assist customers and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Handle inventory, stock replenishment, and billing.
- Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising.
- Lead and coordinate store staff.
- Address customer queries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure smooth store functioning and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of retail store management experience.
- Experience in luxury retail, gifting, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred.
- Fluent English communication and strong convincing skills.
- Presentable, customer-focused, and confident personality.
- Good knowledge of retail operations and inventory management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and POS/billing systems.
