- Job Responsibilities: Call customers and explain company services/projects
- Generate leads and fix appointments
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Maintain customer database and call records
- Coordinate with the sales/field marketing team
- Handle customer queries politely and professionally
- Requirements Good communication skills in Tamil
- Basic phone handling and customer interaction skills
- Confident and positive attitude
