TPM(Engineering Delivery Lead – Job Description)
We are looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager / Engineering Delivery Lead with strong experience in enterprise software delivery, cross-functional execution, and modern technology ecosystems. The ideal candidate should combine technical depth, program management expertise, stakeholder management skills, and an execution-focused mindset to drive complex product and engineering initiatives from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-scale software programs and strategic technology initiatives.
Manage cross-functional engineering teams across backend, frontend, middleware, APIs, cloud, and distributed systems environments.
Drive program planning, sprint execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, escalation handling, and release coordination.
Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure successful execution.
Translate business requirements into technical execution plans and delivery roadmaps.
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and client stakeholders for seamless program execution.
Drive operational excellence, execution governance, status reporting, and delivery predictability.
Use AI tools and automation workflows to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, prototype ideas, and streamline TPM activities.
Create rapid prototypes, workflows, mockups, or proof-of-concepts to validate solutions and improve stakeholder alignment.
Handle ambiguity, changing priorities, and execution challenges while maintaining delivery momentum.
Ensure accountability, ownership, and measurable outcomes across programs.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in software/product engineering, technical program management, engineering delivery, or related technology leadership roles.
Strong experience managing enterprise-scale implementations and large multi-team programs.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, backend services, frontend applications, APIs, middleware, cloud platforms, and system integrations.
Proven experience managing project timelines, execution complexity, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
Experience leading engineering or cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
Familiarity with modern AI tools, prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-assisted delivery practices.
Ability to rapidly prototype ideas using mockups, low-code/no-code tools, workflows, or demo applications.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with both technical and business audiences.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and execution recovery scenarios.
Ownership-driven mindset with demonstrated execution excellence and operational accountability.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in product engineering or SaaS environments.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern software delivery practices.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Exposure to architecture discussions, system integration programs, or platform modernization initiatives.
PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
