About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining end-to-end web applications, handling both front-end user interfaces and back-end server logic, databases, and APIs. Key duties include writing clean code, collaborating with teams, implementing security, and ensuring cross-platform optimization.
This is strictly an on-site position. No remote work available.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Manage the entire web application life cycle, from conceptualization to deployment and maintenance.
- Front-End Development: Build user-facing features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular. Work closely with backend developers (Node.js, Express.js)
- Back-End Development: Build server-side logic, applications, and APIs using languages like Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
- Database Management: Design, create, and manage SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
- Optimization & Testing: Ensure application responsiveness, performance, and cross-platform compatibility through manual and automated testing.
- Collaboration: Work with designers, product managers, and other developers in an Agile environment
Required Skills
- Languages: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and at least one backend language (Node.js, Python, Java, Php etc.).
- Frameworks/Libraries: Experience with front-end (React, Angular) and back-end (Express, MongoDB, Spring) frameworks.
- Database Technology: Knowledge of relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git for code management.
- DevOps/Cloud: Familiarity with AWS, Docker, or web server configuration (Nginx, Apache).
- Education/Experience: Usually requires a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, often with 3+ years in software development.
