About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Performance Marketing Executive who has basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads). This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in digital advertising and paid marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, creating, and managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research and audience targeting for ad campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
- Analyze key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.
- Track campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies and creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in paid advertising.
Required Skills
- Basic hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Understanding of campaign setup, audience targeting, and ad optimization.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads is preferred.
- 0–1 year of experience in Performance Marketing, Google Ads, or Meta Ads.
- Freshers with practical campaign experience are encouraged to apply.
