Role Overview:
The Admission Manager – MBA will play a key leadership role in driving MBA admissions for the institution. This is a performance-driven, target-based position, ideal for professionals with strong experience in MBA admissions, team coordination, and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Convert inquiries and qualified leads into confirmed MBA enrollments
- Work closely with marketing and digital teams for effective lead generation
- Manage and coordinate with consultants and channel partners
- Track daily admission performance and prepare detailed reports
- Drive results consistently in a target-based environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in MBA admissions (education industry mandatory)
- Strong background in student counselling, lead conversion, and enrollment closures
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed admission targets
- Experience handling consultants and channel partners preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills
- Strong reporting, monitoring, and follow-up discipline
