Spares Coordinator
Aguaclan Water Purifiers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spares Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient management of spare parts inventory, dispatching orders, and providing exceptional support to our service engineers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage spare parts inventory, including maintaining accurate stock levels, processing purchase orders, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Process spare parts requests from service engineers, ensuring they have the necessary parts to complete repairs efficiently.
- Coordinate dispatch of spare parts orders, liaising with logistics providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Research and source spare parts from vendors, negotiating competitive prices and ensuring quality.
- Assist with the preparation of tenders for spare parts procurement, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide technical support to service engineers, troubleshooting spare part issues and offering solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of spare part transactions, including stock levels, orders, and invoices.
- Identify opportunities to optimize spare parts inventory management and procurement processes.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Logistics).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a spare parts coordination or inventory management role.
- Strong understanding of dispatch and logistics processes.
- Excellent knowledge of spare parts inventory management principles.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of water purification systems (a plus).
