Intellgus is looking for a proactive and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team! If you have experience in client handling, lead generation, and online bidding platforms, this opportunity is for you.
Location: Indore
Shift Timing: Night Shift – 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM
Experience: 6 Months to 2 Years
Work Mode: Hybrid
(6:30 PM – 12:30 AM Work From Office | 1:00 AM – 3:30 AM Work From Home)
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree + MBA
Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Required
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Generate leads through online platforms & strategies
✔ Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients
✔ Conduct professional client discussions to understand requirements
✔ Maintain and nurture long-term client relationships
✔ Bid on platforms like Upwork, Guru & Freelancer
✔ Handle Zoom & Google Meet client meetings
✔ Use LinkedIn & Sales Navigator for outreach and lead research
Requirements:
✅ 6 Months – 2 Years of relevant experience
✅ Strong English communication skills
✅ Hands-on experience with bidding platforms
✅ Familiarity with LinkedIn & Sales Navigator
✅ Self-motivated, organized & target-driven mindset
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work setup
