Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Executive with experience in the real estate industry. The candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, be target-driven, and have the ability to handle clients professionally from inquiry to closure.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable investment opportunities.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospective clients for closures.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking and documentation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and property knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- MBA candidates will be preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
- Candidates with strong client-handling and closing experience are preferred.
