Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage engaging content for social media platforms, primarily Instagram.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with client objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Design and maintain aesthetically appealing Instagram feeds and brand pages.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, reels, and content formats to improve engagement.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to execute creative campaigns.
- Monitor content performance, prepare basic reports, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
- Ensure timely posting and maintain consistency across all assigned client accounts.
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Social Media Management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram aesthetics, content planning, and audience engagement.
- Experience in creating content calendars and planning social media campaigns.
- Creative mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar social media tools will be an added advantage.
