About the Role:
We’re looking for a passionate, organized, and creative Assistant Wedding Planner to join our team. You’ll work closely with our lead planners to bring dream weddings to life — from beachside ceremonies to grand resort celebrations. If you love events, have a flair for detail, and enjoy creating memorable experiences, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior planner in day-to-day coordination and client communication.
- Support with vendor management — venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, and more.
- Help with planning timelines, checklists, and event logistics.
- Be present at weddings and events to ensure smooth execution.
- Handle on-site coordination, guest assistance, and last-minute arrangements.
- Maintain budgets, track payments, and manage planning documents.
- Research and suggest creative ideas for décor, themes, and entertainment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field).
- 1+ year experience in event or wedding planning (freshers with passion can also apply).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset.
- Comfortable working on weekends and flexible hours during events.
