Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at Shvas Design Studio. The Site Engineer will be responsible for carrying out day-to-day tasks related to the construction and management of projects. This includes ensuring quality control, supervising construction teams, and coordinating with architects, structural engineers, and civil engineers. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Experience with construction software and tools
· Collaborate with the project manager, architect, and client to understand project requirements.
· Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
· Monitor and inspect work in progress to ensure it meets design specifications and quality standards.
· Manage on-site personnel, including laborers and subcontractors.
· Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment.
· Keep track of inventory and order materials as needed.
· Maintain detailed records of all project activities, including daily reports and progress updates.
Qualifications
· B-Tech/Diploma in Civil with a minimum of one year experience in Interior Fit-outs
· A strong understanding of construction methods, interior fit-out techniques
· Effective verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English are essential
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
