Roles and Responsibility:
- Handle incoming inquiries (calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, social media leads) and provide accurate information about clinic services.
- Convert leads into consultations and procedures through professional communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong understanding of clinic services, offers, and ongoin promotions.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk, and clinic manager for smooth patient flow.
- Maintain proper records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve monthly objectives and contribute to overall business growth.
- Ensure excellent patient experience with prompt assistance an hospitality.
- Build long-term relationships with patients for referrals and repeat visits.
- Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, counselling, or customer service (healthcare/clinic experience preferred).
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle patients politely and professionally.
- Good command over English, Hindi, and local language.
- Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and well-presented personality.
