Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage the admissions and sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in the education sector, and the ability to drive team performance and admissions growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Academic Counselors and Business Development Associates.
- Monitor daily activities, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Ensure achievement of monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Guide team members in handling student inquiries and objections.
- Track team performance through CRM and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with marketing and branch operations for lead management.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and student satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Education, EdTech, or Sales Team Handling.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in achieving and managing sales targets.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting systems.
