Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Digital Marketing Professional with 1–5 years of experience in social media, performance marketing, content strategy, and marketing automation.
The role requires a strong blend of creative thinking, analytical ability, and execution excellence to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Campaign Management
- Conceptualise and execute brand campaigns and digital storytelling initiatives
- Work closely with design teams to create high-impact creatives and communication
- Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels
Performance Marketing (Paid Media)
- Plan and execute campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor and optimise campaigns for lead generation, CAC, ROI, CTR, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis
SEO & Website Management
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website visibility
- Manage and update website content, landing pages, and blogs
- Optimise website performance for traffic, engagement, and conversions
Marketing Automation & Email Campaigns
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
- Manage CRM integration, lead nurturing, and drip campaigns
- Track performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyse campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, and CRM dashboards
- Generate regular reports and actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency
Key Skills & Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and website optimisation
- Experience with marketing automation and email campaign management
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, CRM tools
- Ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
- Strong communication and content writing skills
Preferred Background
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, aviation, or digital marketing agencies
- Exposure to lead generation campaigns and high-ticket sales funnels
