We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurses to join our ICU and Ward teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assisting doctors during treatment, and ensuring compliance with hospital protocols and nursing standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ICU and General Ward.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs, clinical observations, and nursing assessments.
- Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency situations.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment used in patient care.
- Follow infection prevention and patient safety protocols.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and care plans.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
Eligibility / Requirements
- Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing
- Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience (ICU/Ward preferred).
- Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred.
- Good communication, teamwork, and patient care skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on qualification and experience)
