Job Summary
The Security Service- Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing and business development strategies to generate new clients, increase revenue, strengthen the company's brand, and maintain long-term customer relationships for security guarding, facility management, electronic security, and related services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, industrial, residential, healthcare, educational, banking, retail, logistics, and government sectors.
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations to prospective clients.
- Conduct client meetings and understand customer security requirements.
- Convert enquiries into long-term business contracts.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Handle client concerns and coordinate with operations for timely resolution.
- Conduct regular client review meetings.
Marketing Activities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
- Promote the company's security solutions through digital and offline channels.
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.
- Enhance brand visibility in the target market.
- Coordinate promotional materials, brochures, and corporate presentations.
Tender & Proposal Management
- Identify government and private tenders.
- Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and commercial bids.
- Coordinate with operations, HR, finance, and legal teams during tender submissions.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
Market Research
- Monitor competitors' pricing, services, and marketing strategies.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Recommend new services based on customer needs.
Sales Reporting
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Forecast revenue and business growth.
- Present performance reports to senior management.
Coordination
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth service deployment.
- Work closely with HR to ensure manpower availability.
- Coordinate with Finance regarding billing and collections.
- Ensure smooth transition from sales to operations after contract award.
Collections & Contract Renewal
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Ensure timely renewal of service contracts.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional security services.
Compliance
- Ensure proposals comply with the company's policies and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
- Represent the organization professionally at all times.

- Proven track record in generating new business and achieving sales targets.
