We are seeking a service oriented professional to lead our front office and oversee daily property operations at Karippals Inn. This role combines guest relations and operational coordination.
Role Overview
You will be the face of the property. You will welcome guests, manage bookings, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates composure under pressure, and a strong sense of accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Monitor occupancy, guest feedback, and service standards
Candidate qualifications
- Experience in hospitality mandatory (1 year is an advantage)
- Strong communication skills in English & Malayalam (Hindi is an advantage)
- Organized, proactive, and capable of independent decision-making
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
