We are looking for a result-oriented Mentor to guide aspirants preparing for competitive exams such as , , and .
The mentor will be responsible for academic guidance, strategy building, motivation, and performance tracking to ensure maximum student success and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Academic Mentorship
- Guide students on exam strategy, syllabus breakdown, and smart preparation
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions (live/recorded)
- Provide personalized study plans based on student level
Performance Tracking
- Analyze mock test performance & weak areas
- Give data-driven feedback and improvement plans
- Track student progress and ensure consistency
Motivation & Accountability
- Conduct weekly motivation sessions
- Ensure students follow daily targets & discipline
- Handle student anxiety, burnout, and confusion
Content & Engagement
- Create short educational content (Reels / YouTube / Live sessions)
- Host webinars & strategy sessions to attract leads
- Act as the face of the brand (optional but powerful)
Conversion Support (Very Important)
- Guide students toward course enrollment
- Build trust and influence decision-making
- Follow up with leads (soft selling approach)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹27,619.12 per month
