Key Responsibilities:
1. Workshop Management
- Manage technicians and service engineers
- Plan major repairs and overhauling
- Monitor job cards and repair status
- Ensure proper fault diagnosis
- Maintain productivity and reduce repair time (TAT)
- Conduct final quality checks
2. AMC Service Management
- Maintain AMC customer records
- Schedule preventive maintenance
- Ensure timely service completion
- Track contract expiry and renewals
- Coordinate with customers
- Reduce breakdowns in AMC machines
- Prepare service reports
3. Service Operations
- Handle breakdown calls and ensure quick response
- Analyze repeat complaints
- Plan spare parts with store team
- Allocate jobs to technicians
- Monitor team performance
