Roles & Responsibilities
1. Supervise ongoing construction work & provide assistance to the Project Manager for resource mobilisation
2. Coordinate with contractors and ensure that assigned work is completed as per given schedule
3. Ensure execution of work as per working drawing
4. Manage issues at site (Both technical & non-technical)
5. Accuracy in measurement sheets for bills
6. Understand material requirement and forward to Sr. Engineer ontime to avoid loss of manhours
7. Verify quality of material received and ensure minimum wastage of material at site as per standard consumption criteria
8. Prepare DPR and send to VP, PM & Planning & Contract Manager
9. Ensure use of safety equipment being used by all site staff
10. Quality audit of ongoing construction & publish detailed audit report with action plan to PM & Sr. Site Engineer
Technical Skills & Knowledge
Planning & Organizing, Communication & Interpersonal skills, Result Orientation, Flexibility,
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS-Project, MS-Office (especially MS Excel) mandatory
Experience & Educational Qualifications
1. 1-3 years of experience
2. DCE / BE (Civil)
