Role Overview
As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life through engaging motion graphics, animations, and video content. Working closely with the creative, content, and client servicing teams, you will create visually compelling assets that elevate brand storytelling across digital, social, and marketing platforms. The ideal candidate combines strong design fundamentals with motion expertise and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Storyboarding
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to understand campaign objectives and brand requirements.
Develop creative concepts, visual treatments, and storyboards for motion-led campaigns.
Translate ideas into engaging visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and communication goals.
Motion Graphics & Animation
Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital and social media platforms.
Design engaging explainer videos, campaign assets, promotional content, and branded animations.
Ensure consistency in visual style, pacing, typography, and overall storytelling across deliverables.
Video Production & Post-Production
- Edit video content for campaigns, events, social media, and marketing initiatives.
- Handle post-production processes including color correction, sound synchronization, transitions, and effects.
- Support video shoots when required and assist in capturing content for brand campaigns.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with designers, content creators, account managers, and creative leads to execute campaigns effectively.
- Present concepts and motion treatments internally and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Communicate project status, timelines, and creative challenges proactively.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Organize project files, assets, templates, and deliverables efficiently.
- Ensure timely execution and delivery of all assigned projects.
Innovation & Creative Excellence
- Stay updated with emerging motion design trends, animation techniques, and platform best practices.
- Contribute fresh creative ideas that enhance brand storytelling and audience engagement.
- Continuously explore new tools, workflows, and creative approaches to improve output quality.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Motion Graphics, Animation, or Video Production.
- Agency experience is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing work.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in video shooting, editing, and post-production workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Motion Design, Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
