Job Title: Service Advisor

Reporting To: Service Manager
Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service by understanding customer concerns, preparing service estimates, coordinating vehicle repairs and ensuring timely delivery of vehicles while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles along with the customer and record complaints accurately.
- Prepare job cards and explain the required repairs and estimated costs.
- Coordinate with the Workshop and Technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about repair progress, additional work and delivery schedules.
- Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure availability of required spare parts.
- Conduct quality checks before vehicle delivery.
- Explain the work carried out, invoice details and maintenance recommendations to customers.
- Deliver vehicles on time and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution.
- Maintain accurate service records and update the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Follow Mahindra service processes, SOPs and customer service standards.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
