Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Estimator Cum Sales Executive to join our team at our Palarivattom office. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates and quotations for interior design projects.
- Understand client requirements and assist in preparing project budgets.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team for project costing.
- Handle client inquiries and explain products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates.
- Support site visits and client meetings when required.
- Prepare reports and maintain sales/project records.
Requirements:
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of estimation, sales, or interiors is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer knowledge preferred.
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills.
Qualification:
- Any Degree / Diploma (Preference for Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields)
