- Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruitment partners.
- Arrange campus interviews, job fairs, and placement drives.
- Identify suitable job opportunities for students based on their skills and qualifications.
- Prepare students for interviews through training sessions, mock interviews, and resume building.
- Coordinate with HR teams of companies for hiring requirements and candidate selection.
- Maintain placement records and generate reports on student employment status.
- Guide students regarding career opportunities and industry trends.
- Promote training programs and certifications to improve employability.
- Ensure timely communication between students and employers.

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- MBA / HR specialization preferred (optional but advantageous)
Experience:
- 0–2 years (Freshers with strong communication skills may apply)
- Experience in HR, recruitment, or training institutes preferred
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
