Job Summary
ALLEN Institute of Logistics is seeking a passionate and experienced Language and Linguistics Trainer to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging language training sessions, improving students' communication skills, and developing linguistic competencies required for academic and professional success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions in English language, communication skills, and linguistics concepts.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and assessment methods.
- Conduct spoken English, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary enhancement sessions.
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Organize interactive activities, group discussions, and presentations to improve communication skills.
- Assist students in preparing for interviews, presentations, and workplace communication.
- Stay updated with modern teaching methodologies and linguistic trends.
- Support curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching or training experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of grammar, phonetics, linguistics, and communication techniques.
