About the Role
We're looking for an entrepreneurial Growth & Partnerships Manager to help build and scale a modern U.S.-based accounting and bookkeeping firm.
This is not a traditional sales role where success is measured by the number of calls or emails sent. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving growth challenges, testing new client acquisition strategies, building strategic partnerships, and creating scalable systems that deliver long-term results.
You'll work directly with the founder, have the freedom to experiment with new ideas, and play a key role in shaping the company's growth strategy.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute client acquisition strategies for the U.S. market.
- Identify and build partnerships that generate qualified business opportunities.
- Research, test, and optimize outbound and inbound growth channels.
- Improve messaging, positioning, and conversion rates.
- Build repeatable business development systems rather than one-time campaigns.
- Analyze performance metrics and continuously improve results.
- Collaborate directly with the founder to drive long-term business growth.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in one or more of the following industries are highly preferred:
- Accounting or Bookkeeping Firms
- Payroll Services
- Business Consulting
- HR Outsourcing
- Managed IT Services
- Other recurring B2B service businesses
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Instantly, Smartlead, or similar sales and outreach tools is a strong advantage..

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
