- Understand client hiring requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and market research.
- Identify potential clients and schedule meetings for business discussions.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into business opportunities.
