Accounts Work:
- Handle petty cash and expense records.
- Maintain accounting entries (JV, CN, DN Etc.)
- Prepare vouchers, bills, and invoices.
- Maintain stock and inventory records.
Admin Work:
- Handle day-to-day godown administration activities.
- Maintain attendance and leave records of staff.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor office and godown stationery/material requirements.
- Maintain inward and outward dispatch records.
- Ensure proper documentation of goods movement.
- Coordinate for maintenance and housekeeping activities.
- Handle courier, email, and office correspondence work.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Accounts and Administration.
- Knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proper record-keeping and documentation ability.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
