Key Responsibilities
#Conduct in-process and final quality inspections of carpets, mats, and finished products
#Monitor product quality at various stages of production
#Identify defects and ensure timely corrective actions
#Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and production documentation
#Coordinate with Production and Maintenance teams to resolve quality issues
#Verify compliance with customer specifications and internal quality standards
#Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement activities
#Monitor adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality procedures
#Assist during customer audits, certification audits, and internal audits
#Ensure proper housekeeping and quality practices on the shop floor
Required Skills
#Attention to detail and strong observation skills
#Knowledge of quality inspection methods and defect identification
#Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
#Good communication and coordination skills
#Problem-solving and analytical thinking
#Ability to work independently and as part of a team
#Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word)
#Understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
Preferred Experience
#Experience in Manufacturing / Export Industry
#Experience in Carpet, Textile, Rubber Products, Coir Products, or Floor Covering Industry is an advantage
#Knowledge of quality standards and inspection procedures
#Freshers with technical qualifications and a strong interest in quality may also apply
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
