Position: Tool Room Engineer
Experience: 3–5 Years
Location: Chakan
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection moulds.
- Troubleshoot mould-related issues and ensure minimum downtime.
- Carry out mould fitting, assembly, polishing, and corrections.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth mould operation.
- Maintain mould history records and maintenance schedules.
- Support mould trials and new mould development activities.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of moulds and tooling equipment.
Required Skills:
- Experience in plastic injection moulding maintenance.
- Knowledge of mould components, hot runner systems, and cooling circuits.
- Hands-on experience with tool room machines and equipment.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Qualification:
- Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
