Job Summary
Provide first-level support for Citrix Virtual Desktop (VDI) and Virtual Apps environment, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and adherence to SLA.\\\\r\\\\
Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nHandle user incidents and service requests related to Citrix VDI\\\\r\\\\nPerform basic troubleshooting: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nLogin issues\\\\r\\\\nCitrix Workspace / Receiver issues\\\\r\\\\nSession disconnects\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nMonitor VDI availability & user sessions\\\\r\\\\nSupport password reset, access & profile issues\\\\r\\\
Skill Requirements
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 with proper documentation\\\\r\\\\nUpdate tickets and maintain SLA compliance\\\\r\\\\nAssist in user onboarding/offboarding and access provisioning\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nRequired Skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nBasic understanding of: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nCitrix Virtual Apps & Desktops\\\\r\\\\nWindows OS / End User Computing\\\\r\\\\nActive Directory basics\\\\r\\\\n\\\
Other Requirements
nExposure to: \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nITSM tools (ServiceNow / Remedy etc.)\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nGood communication and customer-handling skills\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\nTypical Experience\\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n3–6 years \\\\r\\\\n\\\\r\\\\n
