Hiring For Team Lead – IT Sales
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Team Lead – IT Sales to lead a team of Min 5 Sales Account Managers and drive business growth across Cloud, System Integration, Telecom, and IT Infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 sales professionals.
✔ Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
✔ Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with SME and Enterprise customers.
✔ Conduct client meetings, solution presentations, and commercial discussions.
✔ Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Technical teams to design and propose tailored solutions.
✔ Drive sales for Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), System Integration, Telecom, Managed Services, Infrastructure, Backup, and Data Centre solutions.
✔ Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, forecasting, and target achievement.
✔ Identify market opportunities and develop strategies for business expansion.
Eligibility:
- 5–8 years of experience in IT Sales / Cloud Sales / Telecom Sales / System Integration Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team handling and sales leadership.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling SME and Enterprise customers is preferred.
- MBA (Marketing) or relevant technical qualification is an added advantage.
