About the Role
The Academy of Media and Design is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the institution. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of academic and administrative activities while working closely with department managers, faculty members, and the administration team.
The Operations Manager will play a key role in coordinating internal processes, organizing academic events, seminars, workshops, and ensuring that all operational requirements are executed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the complete operational activities of the Academy.
- Work closely with management and the administration department to ensure seamless day-to-day functioning.
- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors, Faculty, HR, Marketing, and other departments for smooth execution of institutional activities.
- Plan, organize, and supervise academic seminars, workshops, guest lectures, exhibitions, cultural programs, and special events.
- Arrange and coordinate all necessary logistics, documentation, venue setup, schedules, invitations, and resource allocation for events and institutional programs.
- Monitor the progress of ongoing academic and operational projects and provide regular updates to the management.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination among different departments.
- Maintain operational records, reports, and event documentation.
- Handle vendor coordination and ensure timely procurement of operational requirements.
- Support management in implementing new processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure that academy policies, procedures, and quality standards are followed across departments.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field. MBA is an added advantage.
- 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Administration, or Institutional Management.
- Prior experience in educational institutions or skill development organizations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
