Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Agent to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and contributing to business growth by generating leads and supporting sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints efficiently
- Generate leads from company-provided data and systems
- Support sales efforts by identifying potential customers
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups
- Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English; Marathi is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to handle customers politely and patiently
- Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to achieve targets
- Prior experience in a call center or sales role is preferred
