QA Manual Tester (Fresher / Intern)About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and Self-Driven QA Manual Tester Fresher to join our team for a 6-month internship/full-time conversion program. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality, performance, and seamless user experience of our Job Portal & EdTech Platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Test Execution: Perform end-to-end manual testing across our Job Portal and EdTech ecosystems (Web, Responsive Mobile Web, and Mobile Apps).
- Bug Tracking: Identify, document, and track software defects thoroughly using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira). Provide clear reproduction steps, logs, and screenshots.
- Test Case Creation: Assist in writing and updating comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on product workflows and requirements.
- Functional & UI Testing: Verify core workflows such as user registration/profiles, resume parsing, job application pipelines, payment gateways, video course playback, and interactive quizzes.
- Regression Testing: Conduct regression testing cycles before major platform releases to ensure existing features remain unbroken.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand feature requirements and expedite bug resolutions.
What We Are Looking For
- Education & Experience: Fresher with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical knowledge/certification in software testing).
- Domain Interest: Familiarity with the mechanics of online job boards and learning management systems (LMS).
- Core Skills: Solid foundational knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC).
- Self-Driven Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who can take ownership of tasks and figure things out with minimal guidance.
- Attention to Detail: An analytical eye capable of spotting subtle UI glitches, broken application flows, or data inconsistencies.
- Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues effectively to the development team.
