Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to improve testing processes and implement best practices.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Drive the adoption of innovative testing tools and techniques to increase efficiency.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and scripting languages.
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to design and implement scalable automated test suites.
- Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
