Project Manager – SEO Operations
Location: work from office (Noida sec 2)
Shift: US Shift ( 6:30 to 4:00 PM) + Meal + Cab
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Experience Required: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)
- Manage end-to-end SEO projects for international clients across multiple industries.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication, project updates, and delivery coordination.
- Handle project planning, execution, timeline management, and quality assurance for SEO campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams including SEO Analysts, Content Writers, Developers, Designers, and Outreach Teams.
- Monitor project performance, deliverables, and client satisfaction on a daily and weekly basis.
- Conduct regular client meetings/calls and present project progress, reports, and strategies professionally.
- Ensure proper execution of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical SEO, and Local SEO activities.
- Track KPIs, rankings, traffic growth, and campaign performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.
- Identify project risks, delays, and escalation points and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and workflow management through CRM/project management tools.
- Ensure team productivity, task allocation, and adherence to delivery deadlines.
- Support business growth through client retention, upselling opportunities, and relationship management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of strong experience in SEO project management within a digital marketing agency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong experience handling international clients, especially UK/US-based projects.
- Good understanding of SEO strategies, Google algorithms, website optimization, and digital marketing processes.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Trello, Asana, or similar tools.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
- Professional attitude with strong client handling and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Agency experience will be highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in UK shift timings.
