Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and result-oriented Project Manager with strong experience in managing digital products from concept to launch. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with development teams, marketing teams, designers, and business stakeholders while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital product projects.
- Coordinate with development, design, QA, marketing, and business teams to ensure project success.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve risks and bottlenecks.
- Work closely with product stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable development tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of product features while maintaining quality standards.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and project review meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing teams on product launches, campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
- Manage multiple teams and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Ensure effective communication among all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of project management experience in digital products, SaaS platforms, web applications, or mobile applications.
- Proven experience managing software development teams.
- Experience working closely with digital marketing and growth teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
- Experience managing multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in product management or product lifecycle management.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in startup or fast-growing technology environments.
- Understanding of digital marketing, performance marketing, and product growth strategies.
